This English text is provided for convenience. The Portuguese version prevails in case of
any conflict, and Brazilian law governs.
1.Acceptance of the Terms
By ticking the acceptance box at sign-up, creating an account or using the platform, you
declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, you declare that you have authority to
bind it. We record the date, time and version of the accepted documents as proof of
acceptance.
2.What the service is
Lab019 offers a platform that provides access to AI agents via text and voice
chat, with routing across different AI models, composition of agents and tools,
and access via web or API. Features may be added, changed or
discontinued over time.
3.Account and eligibility
- You must be 18 or older and provide truthful information at sign-up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on
your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4.Plans, credits and payment
- Usage is charged via a subscription plan and/or credits consumed
according to LLM, speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) usage.
- New accounts may receive a free trial period or credit under the
conditions in force at sign-up, subject to anti-fraud limits (e.g. one trial per
verified email).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize the
applicable recurring charges until cancellation.
- Except where the law provides otherwise (such as the consumer's right of withdrawal
under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code), amounts for usage already consumed are
non-refundable. Credits may have an expiration period stated in the product.
- Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice and changes apply to subsequent
cycles.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights;
- generate or distribute content that exploits minors, incites violence or hatred, or
is fraudulent, defamatory or misleading;
- attempt to circumvent limits, quotas, consumption metering or security mechanisms;
- access the service through automated means outside the official API, or overload the
infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service without authorization;
- submit sensitive personal data of third parties without an adequate legal basis.
Non-compliance may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
6.Third-party models and BYOK
The platform integrates models from third-party providers. When using BYOK
("bring your own key"), you are responsible for complying with the relevant provider's
terms, and that provider's use of your content is also governed by its policies.
We are not liable for unavailability, changes or content generated by third-party models.
7.Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Inputs") and of what you receive from
the agent ("Outputs"), to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited license to
process that content solely to operate the service and provide support, as described in
the Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for how you use
the Outputs.
8.Intellectual property
The platform, the Lab019 brand, the software and the documentation are owned by Lab019 or
its licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer to you any rights over our
intellectual property, except the license to use the service set out here.
9.Nature of AI and disclaimers
Outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors or
outdated content. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical,
financial or otherwise). The service is provided "as is" and "as available",
without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or
error-free operation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lab019 is not liable for indirect damages, lost
profits, loss of data or of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the
service. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law — in
particular those arising from a consumer relationship. Where a limit applies, it will
follow the law in force.
11.Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event
of a breach of these Terms, a security risk, a legal requirement or non-payment. Once the
account is closed, we process your data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable
legal retention duties.
12.Changes
We may change these Terms. When a change is material, we will notify you by email or in
the product. The current version is identified by the date at the top of this page.
Continued use after an update means agreement with the new version; if you disagree,
close your account.
13.Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
The courts of Campinas/SP are elected to resolve disputes, without
prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
